Homage to Elizabeth David

This Hörspiel, along the lines of Glenn Gould's Idea of North, is inspired by the cooking and writing of the English Chef, Elizabeth David. She is especially noted for her books Italian Food and French Provincial Cooking. There are three main elements to the Hörspiel: readings of recipes and essays by Elizabeth David, Fabrizio's: Criticism and Response by Woody Allen, and finally an interview with food enthusiast and professor of Italian Literature, Giovanni Luna, conducted at Il Mezzo Giorno, in Ghent.
